MEET AND GREETS
How do they work?
1: When you first enquire, I will schedule a free phone call. Once a date and time has been confirmed for the call, I will place it in the diary.
2: During this call, we can discuss the pets, their needs, what’s required etc. Once we’ve been over everything, I will then get to work on a bespoke quote.
3: I will send over the details and price of the quote. If the quote is accepted, then will we schedule the meet and greet.
4: We will then go Ahead with the Meet and Greet.
In-person meet-and-greets allow me to meet your pet in their home, check out where I'll be staying, and ensure the right fit.
Virtual meet-and-greets are only available for pet sits located further away and allow us to discuss everything over a video call (zoom or FaceTime).
They cost £15 per Meet and Greet.
Why do we charge?:
To ensure I can continue providing a reliable and professional service, meet and greets are offered as a paid service. These visits involve travel time, time spent getting to know you and your pet, discussing routines and care needs in detail, and carrying out an initial assessment to make sure I’m the right fit for you and your pet.
As much as I would love to offer these for free, they do take up a significant amount of time and limit availability for confirmed bookings. Introducing a fee also helps ensure that enquiries are genuine and allows me to give each client the time and attention they deserve.
Meet-and-greets are a standalone service and are charged separately; the fee is not deducted from any future bookings.
Why Choose WRR Pet services?
I am fully insured, DBS checked, and trained in Pet First Aid, with extensive professional experience caring for a wide range of animals and their individual needs.
My insurance policy includes cover for XL Bully dogs where ownership and handling comply with all current legal requirements. Owners may be asked to provide relevant documentation where applicable.
For everyone's peace of mind, service agreements are in place for all bookings and can be discussed in detail prior to confirmation.
Where travel is required, mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile.
I take great pride in providing a reliable, professional, and compassionate service, ensuring every pet receives the highest standard of care throughout their time with me.
Daily photo updates are always provided so you can see how your pet is getting on. While I do my best to respond promptly to messages, please bear in mind that caring for the animals in my charge will always be my priority.
I am available for enquiries seven days a week between 8:00am and 6:00pm, with occasional availability until 9:00pm.

• Feeding, medication administration, and basic grooming included as standard. Basic grooming may include brushing, coat maintenance, and baths where appropriate.
• Care provided within the comfort and familiarity of your own home, allowing your pets to remain relaxed, secure, and settled in their usual environment while you are away.

Please note that overnight stays and long-term sits are advertised with "from" prices. Final costs are based on the specific requirements of the booking, the level of care required, and the time commitment involved.
Quotes are based on the nature of the work and care required, rather than simply the number of animals at the property.
Important Information
- Drop-in visits do not include dog walking. If walks are required, this service must be booked separately.
- Mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile for drop-in visits, overnight stays, and long-term sits.
- Daily photo updates are included with all services.

The following dates incur an additional £15 per day surcharge for all overnight and long-term sits:

For drop-in visits, an additional £10 surcharge applies on all Sundays and the dates listed above.

20-Minute Visit
£13 per visit
Ideal for feeding, companionship, welfare checks, medication administration, litter tray cleaning, and other routine care.
60-Minute Visit
£18 per visit
Perfect for pets who require additional interaction, enrichment, or extended care during your absence.
Long-Term House & Pet Sitting
Pets That Can Be Left Alone for Short Periods
From £45 per calendar day
This service is available year-round and is suitable for pets that are comfortable being left alone for a few hours during the day and/or evening.
During these bookings, I may undertake dog walks, grooming appointments, and drop-in visits for other clients. To ensure fairness for all clients and to reflect the varying levels of care required, all quotations are bespoke.
24-Hour Care – Pets That Cannot Be Left Alone
From £90 per calendar day
Subject to availability, this premium service is designed for pets who cannot be left unattended at any time.
As these bookings require continuous supervision and prevent me from accepting other appointments during the booking period, they are priced accordingly. Every quotation is tailored to the individual needs of the pet and household.
