Grooming can be a stressful experience for some pets, and I understand that not every animal enjoys being brushed, bathed, or handled for extended periods. Every pet is different, which is why I take a calm, patient, and individual approach to every grooming session.

Over the years, I have worked with pets of all ages, temperaments, and abilities, including nervous, elderly, reactive, and special-needs animals. When working with pets that become anxious, fidgety, or unsettled during grooming, I use a variety of handling and management techniques that I have learned from vets, veterinary nurses, and experienced groomers to help keep the experience as safe and comfortable as possible.

My priority is always your pet's welfare. If a pet becomes overly stressed, tired, or uncomfortable, I will adjust the session to suit their needs rather than pushing them beyond what they can comfortably tolerate.

As with all services I provide, a grooming agreement is in place and can be discussed before booking.

Both mobile and on-site grooming appointments are available. Please note that mobile appointments are very limited and subject to availability.

I believe that every pet deserves to be treated with kindness, patience, and the highest standard of care during their grooming session. That's why I use carefully selected, high-quality grooming tools and products to help ensure your pet is comfortable throughout the process while achieving the best possible results.

Whether your pet is visiting for a simple brush and tidy-up, a bath and dry, nail trimming, or more extensive coat maintenance, I take the time to work at their pace and make the experience as positive as possible. Grooming isn't just about appearance—it's also an important part of maintaining your pet's overall health and wellbeing.

I pay close attention to every detail, from checking the condition of your pet's coat and skin to ensuring they remain comfortable and relaxed throughout their session. For nervous, elderly, or first-time grooming clients, extra time and care are taken to help build trust and confidence. I understand that some pets find grooming challenging, so sessions are tailored to the individual animal rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

My goal is for every pet to leave looking and feeling their very best. Whether that's a fresh, clean coat, reduced shedding, improved comfort, or simply enjoying some one-to-one attention, I take great pride in providing a grooming experience that puts your pet's welfare first.

From baths and brushing to coat maintenance and finishing touches, every grooming session is carried out with care, patience, and a genuine love for animals.

This is a luxury one-to-one grooming appointment, meaning your pet will be the only client present during their session (with the exception of my own pets, who are always kept completely separate). At no point will your pet come into contact with or be exposed to any other animals, ensuring a calm, controlled, and low-stress environment.

I specialise in working with reactive, nervous, and anxious pets, and I fully understand the challenges that can arise. My approach is always patient, calm, and tailored to each individual, allowing them to settle at their own pace without pressure or unnecessary stress.

With extensive hands-on experience in animal care, I have worked with a wide variety of temperaments and behavioural needs, including those that require extra reassurance and gentle handling. This experience allows me to adapt each grooming session to suit the individual in front of me, prioritising safety, trust-building, and comfort at all times.

I am fully insured, DBS checked, and trained in Pet First Aid, giving you complete peace of mind that your pet is in safe and capable hands. I continue to invest in professional development and use safe, humane handling techniques to ensure every grooming experience is as positive as possible.

My goal is not just to groom your pet, but to create a safe and reassuring environment where even the most sensitive or reactive pets can feel understood, respected, and well cared for.

Rabbit Grooming (Per Pet)

Gentle, one-to-one grooming tailored to your rabbit’s coat type and comfort level. All handling is calm, patient, and welfare-focused to help minimise stress.

  • Short-haired rabbits – £14
  • Medium-haired rabbits – £17
  • Long-haired rabbits – £20
  • Bum cleans – £12

Each session is carried out with care and attention to your rabbit’s individual needs, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout.

 

Guinea Pig Grooming (Per Pet)

Gentle, one-to-one grooming tailored to your guinea pig’s coat type and individual needs. All handling is calm, patient, and welfare-focused to ensure a safe and stress-free experience.

  • Short-haired guinea pigs – £11
  • Medium-haired guinea pigs – £13
  • Long-haired guinea pigs – £17
  • Bum cleans – £12

Each appointment is carried out with care and attention to your pet’s comfort, health, and wellbeing throughout.

 

Cat Grooming Services (Per Cat)

All cat grooming is carried out on a calm, one-to-one basis with a focus on welfare, comfort, and stress reduction. Every appointment includes a gentle approach tailored to your cat’s temperament and coat condition.

 

 

Basic De-shed – £25 per cat

A maintenance groom to help reduce shedding and keep your cat’s coat healthy.

Includes:

  • Brush and de-shed
  • Nail trimming (if needed)
  • Visual health check
  • Ear cleaning
  • Eye cleaning

 

 

Groom & Trim – £35 per cat

Ideal for cats needing light tidying and minor coat maintenance.

Includes:

  • Brush and de-shed
  • Light trimming around eyes and ears
  • Removal of small mats (where safe to do so)
  • Nail trimming (if needed)
  • Visual health check
  • Ear cleaning
  • Eye cleaning

 

 

Sanitary Groom – £45 per cat

Designed for hygiene maintenance and comfort, particularly for long-haired or senior cats.

Includes:

  • Brush and de-shed
  • Trimming around eyes and ears
  • Mat removal or shaving where necessary
  • Sanitary trim (bum, back legs, and around genital area)
  • Nail trimming (if needed)
  • Visual health check
  • Ear cleaning
  • Eye cleaning

 

 

Full Groom Package – £60 per cat

A more extensive grooming session for heavily matted or high-maintenance coats.

Includes:

  • Full body shave where required
    (We aim to leave facial, leg, and tail hair where possible. However, if matting is severe, these areas may also need to be clipped for welfare reasons, assessed on a case-by-case basis.)
  • Brush and tidy of remaining coat (where applicable)
  • Nail trimming (if needed)
  • Visual health check
  • Ear cleaning
  • Eye cleaning

 

 

Bath Service – £20 per cat (Add-on only)

Only provided when absolutely necessary, as most cats do not require bathing.

This is an additional charge and is only carried out when essential for the cat’s welfare or coat condition.

Includes:

  • Full wash
  • Blow dry (where tolerated and safe)

 

 

Dog Grooming Services

All grooming is carried out on a calm, one-to-one basis, with your dog’s comfort, safety, and wellbeing as the top priority. Each service is provided as a standalone appointment and tailored to the individual dog.

 

 

Face Brush & Tidy-Up – £14

A light facial tidy only.

Includes:

  • Gentle face brushing
  • Light tidy around eyes, ears, and muzzle
  • Minor trimming where appropriate around the face

Please note: This service is strictly facial grooming only and does not include bathing, washing, or additional grooming.

 

 

Wash & Blow Dry – £20

A standalone wash service to refresh your dog’s coat.

Includes:

  • Full wash using suitable products
  • Thorough rinse
  • Blow dry (where tolerated)

Please note: This service is wash and dry only and does not include brushing, trimming, or any form of grooming.

 

 

Full Groom (De-Matt / Full Shave Only)

For severely matted coats where the only safe and humane option is to remove the coat.

  • Small dogs – £30
  • Medium dogs – £40

This is a strictly full shave-off service only and is not a styled groom or breed-specific cut.

Includes:

  • Full body shave to remove matting
  • Pre-groom coat and welfare assessment
  • Gentle handling throughout to minimise stress
  • Basic hygiene tidy where appropriate (case by case)

This service is carried out purely for welfare reasons when matting is too severe to safely brush or detangle.
